It was 2am. I had a melody stuck in my head and a house full of people who had to be up at 6. So I did the only reasonable thing: closed my door, turned the gain way down, and whispered a song into the mic.

Whisper-recording, it turns out, gives you a very specific sound. Not what I planned. Better.

The song is out now. It’s about the only light on at 2am. You can guess which light.
